How to order flowers with delivery
To place an order, select a bouquet (composition) in the catalog, click Order and fill out the order form: to whom, where, when to deliver, your contact details. Here you can also choose and add additional gifts and a postcard to your order.
How the delivery takes place
Your order can be delivered within a few hours after it is placed.
However, when placing an order, take into account the time difference with the delivery city, as well as official holidays and weekends. In some cases, when delivering to remote areas and localities, in the evening, or early in the morning, with urgent delivery, the cost of the order may be increased, as you will be informed in advance.
Please carefully check the accuracy and completeness of the entered delivery address and phone number of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of the order or the impossibility of its implementation due to incorrect address and contact information.

The standard delivery time for orders is from 9 to 21 hours (local time of the city where the delivery will take place). Earlier and later delivery is possible, but not in all cities. Early delivery-before 9 am and late delivery-after 21 hours-is agreed upon additionally.
